Ashton Fencing Club Meet up twice a week between two different venues in Tameside.

Juniors
from 7pm – 8:30pm
£4 per session
£15 subscription fees per year.
(first session free of charge)
Adults
from 8:30pm – 10pm
£5 per session
£25 subscription fees per year.
(for those in full time education prices are the same as junior prices) (First session free of charge)
*option for online payments for example monthly payment rather than weekly.
Equipment
We provide fencing equipment for those who have just started fencing.
However, we encourage fencers to begin purchasing their own equipment after six months.
All equipment is regularly checked and maintained to ensure that they meet industry regulations.

What to expect?
Each session will incorporate the following:
- Warm up
- Introduction to footwork
- Blade work
- Group classes, paired classes
- Structured mini competitive experience
What to wear
All equipment is provided and each beginner is required to wear appropriate clothing:
- T shirt – spare T shirt to change in to
- Tracksuit bottoms
- Trainers
- Fluid, preferably water
- Refrain from wearing any hair products due to hygiene of wearing masks
- Glasses will fit under the masks
