We are a non-profit community inspired club providing the sport of fencing to Tameside and Greater Manchester communities within a safe environment, we also maintain low prices to encourage everyone to experience the sport Achievements Members of Ashton Fencing Club have represented Britain at every level including commonwealth Games and four Olympic Games. Ashton Fencing Club is also the only club outside of London to win a British Team Championship, The British Women’s foil Team and, the youngest ever to have done so.

HISTORY

Ashton Fencing Club was founded in 1951 and over the years has produced 60 fencers who have progressed to become national champions and some have competed internationally.
